Jimbaran Cliffs Private Pool Hotel & Spa, Jimbaran (Bali)

The hotel had lovely, spacious, and clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. However, there was a lack of professional appearance and training. The service was nice and thoughtful, though not fully attentive. The location was beautiful with lots of plants, yet it made our stay unpleasant. The dining was average, but the other meals were delicious. The facilities were just average overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms always smelled so good thanks to the lovely flower petals in the bath tub and the essence in the bathroom. The panoramic sunset views over Jimbaran Bay and the Bukit were breathtaking. However, I wouldn't recommend booking the Cliff Edge Pool Suite.
